The Portlaw Pumpkin Festival is a fun, creative and interactive festival for young and old, celebrating the tradition of Hallowe'en through the medium of the arts. Portlaw is a wonderful place to celebrate Hallowe'en - an ancient Celtic festival originally known as Samhain. This is a fun time for young and old to continue with the tradition of dressing up as evil spirits.
