Come share kindness, compassion, and connection through touch this Valentine's Day with a warm, safe, and empowering experience with your brothers and sisters. Open to all, beginners and connoseurs alike.

Cuddle Party is a short workshop in non-sexual touch, boundaries and communication, followed by a couple of hours to put what you’ve learned into practice by enjoying and exploring touch. (Think hugs, foot rubs, back rubs, spooning and just general non-sexual snuggling.)
A trained and certified facilitator gently leads you and the other guests through an orientation, where you’ll learn to make easy, respectful requests and communicate clear boundaries, and where we’ll go over the simple rules. Then you’ll have plenty of time to relax, chat, cuddle, have a snack, or just hang out.
Cuddle Party is a non-sexual event! Everyone remains clothed and agrees to the Cuddle Party Rules, which include:
* Arrive on time for the welcome circle/orientation.
* Ask for what you want and get a verbal “yes” before proceeding.
* You don’t have to touch or cuddle anyone you don’t want to, or anyone at all, ever.
Some people are already comfortable with touch and can’t wait to be in a place where that’s OK. Others aren’t even sure they want any touch at all, but come to explore some communication skills. Others are just curious about what it might be like. Whatever your reasons, a Irish Cuddle Salon events are great playground for discovering more about yourself, for exploring new ways of connecting with others, or simply enjoying a relaxing, cozy evening with other cuddly souls.

WHAT TO WEAR:
Wear comfortable, non-binding, clothing (sweat pants, loose cotton, pajamas, onesies, etc. - have fun!). Think comfy, not sexy. You may change at the venue if necessary. This will be a shoe-free environment, please bring and wear socks.

WHAT TO BRING:
If possible, bring a pillow and blanket. Also feel free to bring non-messy snacks/finger-foods to share if you wish, and water for yourself.

PREPARATION:
* Be reasonably hygienically clean & groomed upon arrival out of respect for others.
* Please refrain from wearing colognes, perfumes or other strong scents.
* Please arrive sober so as not to impair judgement and experience. Anyone appearing intoxicated will be asked to leave.
Most Cuddle Parties (unless otherwise specified) include both women and men, (about 10-25 people) and are regularly held at in the greater Dublin area.

Private cuddle parties (such as for particular groups or events) and individual cuddling sessions also separately available, please enquire.
